Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for bespoke items. For stock items the minimum quantity is one box.

 

Do your prices include VAT?

Our quoted prices do not include VAT.

 

Do your prices include delivery and are there any hidden extras?

Our prices generally do include delivery. Very occasionally such as a delivery abroad they may not include delivery but this will always be made clear in our quote. There are no hidden extras.  If anything extra is required, such as extensive reworking of artwork, this will always be made clear and quoted in advance.

 

How long will you take to deliver my labels?

That depends on the type of label. For stock labels and ribbons, next day delivery is standard. For digitally printed labels our standard delivery is a week and for other types of label it is 1-2 weeks. However we aim to meet the delivery date you require, so if you need your labels urgently talk to us and we’ll see what we can do.

 

Can you match Pantone colours?

Yes, we can.

 

Can I see a sample of my label before I order?

For a stock item we can supply an exact sample. For bespoke items we can supply material/ adhesive samples and samples of similar work we have produced. We can also supply press proofs for printed jobs, although there is a charge for this.

 

Are you able to design my labels?

We are not graphic designers, however we can put your artworks together for you if you know what you want and you can supply the relevant text, logo’s etc. For a simple label we do not charge extra for this, but for something more complicated there may be a charge which we will always quote before starting any work. If you do require proper graphic design services, we work with several designers that we could recommend.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all the major debit credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There are no penalties for paying by card.

 

Can you supply labels overseas?

Yes. We have numerous overseas customers, both in Europe and beyond. We also ship abroad for some of our UK based customers. 

 

How do you want the artwork to be sent?

Wherever possible we want the original design files such as ‘eps’ or ‘ai’ for Adobe Illustrator. We can usually use high resolution pdf files (300dpi or more) set to the label size with 3mm of ‘bleed’ all around. Any text should be embedded within the file, and saved as outlines. If your labels are to be digitally printed please supply the files in CMYK rather than RGB.
