Qdex was set up in 2002 as a partial buyout from an existing label company. Since then we have rapidly expanded our client base within both the private and public sectors. Our customers range from large blue chip companies through to the ‘one man band’ micro businesses. The vast majority of our customers are in the SME sector.
Many of our clients have been with us years. We believe this is a result of our business philosophy which is to build long term relationships with our customers, listen to their needs and offer the most suitable solutions, whilst keeping their costs to an absolute minimum. All our customers however small will have a dedicated contact within Qdex to look after their account.
We operate from a sales office in Leiston, Suffolk, a factory in Bury St Edmunds and a sales/accounts office in Caterham, Surrey.
Our product range covers all types of self adhesive labels as well as tags, thermal printers, ribbons and labelling software.
